(a) In addition to all other fees and charges, an acreage assessment shall be payable in an amount equal to $200 per acre for each acre of property to which water service is provided.
(b) Industrial and commercial users shall pay the greater of (i) an acreage assessment, in an amount determined as provided in subsection (a) above or (ii) the cost of construction of a line (of sufficient size to serve the user) across the front footage of the property of the user, to the extent the line is actually constructed along such front footage.
(c) All acreage and front footage assessment revenues shall be deposited in the water and sewer construction fund. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. V, Art. 1)
