(a) Payment of fees for private water hydrants and sprinklers connected directly to the water system, without meters, shall be made annually in advance, payable on July 1, or such other date as may be designated therefor by the city, as follows:
For each hydrant $150
For each sprinkler connection
12 inch $500
10 inch $400
8 inch $300
6 inch $300
(b) For sprinkler connections larger than the above schedule, an annual charge of $45 per inch, over 12 inches, will be made in addition to the basic charge. (Ord. of 6/5/89, No. 139-89)
