Sec. 5-1-63   Connections to be made by city.
   All sewer connections in their entirety, including the replacement of pavement over trenches, between the sewer in a public street and the cleanout fittings at the curb line, shall be made by the city or as directed by the city. This shall apply both inside and outside the city and shall apply to all sewer connections. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. III, Art. 14)
