Sec. 5-1-62 Back pressure or check valve.

All plumbing fixtures or outlets connected with the sanitary sewer system, which are located within four (4) feet above the top level of the sewer main, shall be equipped with an approved back pressure or check valve, or the house sewer shall besoequipped. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. III, Art. 13)
