Sec. 5-1-57   Nothing to enter system except through proper connections.
   It shall be unlawful for any persontointroduce any substance, either solid or liquid, into the public sewerage system of the city, at manholes or in any other way than through a proper connection, except under specific permit. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. III, Art. 8)
