Sec. 5-1-54   Permitted uses of public sanitary sewers; peak flows.
   (a)   Domestic sewage and any waters or wastes discharged by any person, which have the following characteristics, and which do not have any of the characteristics prohibited by other sections, may be discharged into the public sanitary sewers:
   (1)   a five (5)   day B.O.D. not exceeding 250 ppm;
   (2)   suspended solids not exceeding 250 ppm.
   (b)   (1)   Peak flows shall not exceed the following limitations:

   (2)   Domestic wastes shall not be subject to any peak flow limitations if discharged into the public sanitary sewer as produced.
