Sec. 5-1-52   Responsibility for proper connection.
   It shall be the responsibility of the owner or builder to build at elevations permitting proper gravity connection to the sewer collection system. The city shall not be responsible in any way for the owner’s or builder’s failure to take the necessary precautions. The minimum grade for a four (4) inch residential connection shall be one percent (1%) (one (1) foot in 100 feet). (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. III, Art. 3)
