Sec. 5-1-51   Application for sewer service.
   It shall be the responsibility of the owner or builder to check with the city authorities to determine the availability of sewer service and any limitations that may exist. A request for sewer service shall be made by applying at the city office. Service shall be provided in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. III, Art. 2)
