Sec. 5-1-39 Miscellaneous unmetered use.

Contractors and other persons using water for construction purposes from hydrants or other unmetered sources shall first obtain a permit from the city office. Persons using water without a permit shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Charges for such unmetered usage shall be as specified in article D.
