(a) No water shall be supplied to any consumer outside of the corporate limits except through a water meter of a style, pattern and quality approved by the water and sewer department.
(b) No customer may be added to a water line which is not properly dedicated to the city after the effective date of the codification of ordi-nances.
(c) Each consumer shall be required to have a separate meter, except as provided otherwise in this chapter.
