Sec. 5-1-28   Premises with sewer connections required to have water connections.
   Whenever any premises in the city or otherwise on 'he city system shall have been connected with the sewer system, it shall be the duty of the owner of such premises to make immediate application, in writing, for connection with the water system and to have such connection made if service is available. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. II, Art. 18)
