Sec. 5-1-22   Water meters; determination of amount of water used.
   The meter shall determine the quantity of water for which the consumer shall be charged, and all water passing through the meter shall be charged for whether the water shall have been used or wasted or the premises shall not have been occupied. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. II, Art. 12)
