Sec. 5-1-21   Authority of city to cut water off.
   The water and sewer department may order the water cut off and the service either temporarily or permanently discontinued for violation of any provision of this chapter or of any regulation made by the council for the control, maintenance or protection of the water system of the city and the connections therewith. (Ord. of 4/ 5/77, Div. II, Art. 1 i)
