Sec. 5-1-20   Removing or repairing fixtures.
   It shall be unlawful for any person except an officer or agent authorized by the water and sewer department to remove or undertake to repair or in any manner interfere with the water meters or fixtures of the city. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. II, Art. 10)
