Sec. 5-1-19   Unlawful lo resell water.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to resell water purchased from the city without the expressed consent of the council; provided, however, that this shall not apply to water used by such purchaser in any manufacturing or bottling process, nor shall it apply to water served or sold to customers in containers having a capacity of not more than 50 gallons. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. II, Art. 9)
