Sec. 5-1-17   Opening fire hydrants.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to open any fire hydrant of the city without written permission from the city; provided, that this shall not apply to members of the fire department or water and sewer department. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. II, Art, 7)
