Sec. 5-1-16   Turning on water after cut off.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, except the officers or agents of the city, to turn on the water to any premises from which the water has been cut off by order of the water and sewer department. (Ord. of 4/5/77, Div. II, Art. 6)
