All containers for collection by the city shall be provided by the city or their contractor. All containers shall be kept in a reasonably clean condition. Containers shall be placed at the curbside or edge of the driveway no later than 6:00 a.m. on the regular garbage service day. These containers shall also be removed from the curbside and or driveway and stored out of sight from the right-of-way no later than 10:00 a.m. on the day following the collection. If containers are not removed from the curb the property owner is subject to the provisions and penalties in section 1-1-6(c) of this code.
