§ 93.24 SEIZURE BY CITIZEN.
   It is lawful for any person to seize and impound a dog so found running at large and shall within six hours thereafter notify the Poundmaster of the seizure. It shall be the duty of the Poundmaster to place the dog in the city pound. If the name of the owner of the dog so seized is known to the person who first takes the dog into custody, he or she shall inform the Poundmaster of the name of the owner and the address if known.
