§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   The violation of any provision of §§ 93.07 and 93.20 through 93.38 shall be a petty misdemeanor, and a fine of $100.
