(a) The city, in accordance with the provision of K.S.A. 12-16,102, as amended, does hereby establish an employee benefits contribution fund for the purpose of paying the city’s share of employee benefits prescribed by division (b) below.
(b) The cost of employee benefits authorized for payment from the fund created by division (a) above shall include the following: employer contributions for Social Security, worker’s compensation, unemployment insurance, health care costs, employee benefit plans, and employee retirement and pension programs.
