(a) Shouse. A SHOUSE is a structure that outwardly resembles a shed (typically having a roll-formed steel-sheet exterior) that is primarily used as a dwelling house. Though not required to fulfill the definition a shouse generally has a garage(s) incorporated into the structure. A shouse shall have a concrete floor, with foundation and footings, and the side walls anchored and attached to the floor.
(b) Floating floor. A floating floor is a floor that is not anchored or attached to the concrete foundation or to the walls of the structure.
(c) Pole Building. A POLE BUILDING is a structure built without a foundation and with vertical posts buried in the ground.
