§ 5-206 PENALTIES.
   (a)   Violation of any section of this article shall be a Class A violation as defined by the Uniform Public Offense Code adopted by the city.
   (b)   Each day the property is used or advertised as a short-term rental without a valid and current registration shall constitute a separate offense.
