(a) The fees for connection to the city waterworks system shall be as follows:
(1) Three-fourths inch corporation and service line with five-eighths inch by three-fourths inch meter: $300;
(2) One inch corporation and service line with three-fourths inch meter: $350; and
(3) One inch corporation and service line with one-inch meter: $400.
(b) All corporation and service lines and meters over one inch shall be charged at the cost of the installation.
(c) The charges for such connection shall be paid in advance and, for installations over one inch, the minimum amount of $400 shall be paid in advance.
