For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLE, GOLF CART, WORK-SITE UTILITY VEHICLE and MICRO UTILITY TRUCK. Have the meaning prescribed to such word or phrase in Article 1 of the “Standard Traffic Ordinance for Kansas Cities” as prepared and published by the League of Kansas Municipalities, Topeka, Kansas, and as adopted by the governing body.
SPECIAL PURPOSE VEHICLE. Includes all-terrain vehicle, golf cart, micro utility truck and work-site utility vehicle, either individually or collectively.
