§ 13-216 DEPOSITING TRASH AND THE LIKE IN STREET.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, deposit or leave, or cause to be thrown, placed, deposited or left in, on or about any city street and highway, any dirt, filth, sewage, sweepings, dump ashes, tin cans, bottles, paper, rags, tree cuttings, garbage, or other refuse of any kind.
