§ 12-209 MONEY IN SEPARATE FUND; CITY TREASURER TO ACT AS TREASURER.
   All money received from taxation, gift or otherwise for the use and benefit of the recreation program shall be kept by the City Treasurer in a separate fund known and designated as the Recreation Fund and the City Treasurer shall be ex-officio Treasurer of such Fund.
