§ 12-207 EMPLOYMENT OF DIRECTOR AND OTHER PERSONNEL.
   The Recreation Commission may employ one person who shall be known as the Recreation Director, who shall be directly responsible to the Recreation Commission and receive such compensation as may be fixed by the Recreation Commission. The Commission may employ such personnel for such compensation or price as the Commission shall deem fit and proper.
