§ 12-112 SKATEBOARDING, MOTORIZED SCOOTERS, MOTORIZED SKATEBOARDS, SIMILAR DEVICES, USE PROHIBITED IN PUBLIC PARKS.
   Use of skateboards, motorized scooters, motorized skateboards and similar devices are prohibited. It is unlawful for any person to ride upon or operate any skateboard, motorized scooter, motorized skateboard or similar devices in the public parks of the city, or any of the sidewalks within or bordering upon the public parks.
