(a) It is unlawful for any person to operate or ride any unregistered motorcycle, trail bike, three-wheeled motorized vehicle or all-terrain vehicle on private property, except for the purposes of loading or unloading said vehicle, on the city streets or on any property owned by any municipality; provided, that if said vehicle is duly and properly registered with the State of Kansas and is displaying a license plate, it may be ridden or operated on the city streets.
(b) A violation of this section shall constitute a Class B offense as defined by the Uniform Public Offense Code.
