§ 7-213 FIRE PIT DEFINED.

For the purpose of this article, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

FIRE PIT. Includes below ground pits, free standing fireplaces, chimineas and portable devices intended to contain and control outdoor fires.
