(a) After August 10, 1999, no person, individual, partnership, corporation or other legal entity shall rent, lease, sell, distribute, offer for sale, rent, lease or distribute, or locate or relocate within the city, any mobile home or recreational vehicle that does not comply with the standards adopted in K.S.A. 75-1220 as it may, from time to time, be amended.
(b) Mobile homes located and occupied within the city, on or before August 10, 1999, and which do not comply with the standards adopted above, may remain in the city only on the lot on which they are located on said date.
(c) Mobile homes located and occupied within the city, on or before August 10, 1999, and which do not comply with the standards adopted above, may be routinely repaired, however, repairs in excess of 50% of the fair market value shall require removal.
