§ 4-304 BUILDING OFFICIAL; AUTHORITY.
   The Mayor or his or her authorized designee shall be responsible for the administration and enforcement of this article and appointment of an Electrical Inspector in accordance with § 4-204, which shall apply in a like manner to this article.
