All full-time employees of the City, whether classified or unclassified and whether employed on an annual salary basis or on an hourly basis, after reaching their first anniversary date, are entitled to eight hours personal leave during each calendar year. Hours shall not be charged against sick leave and shall be taken with the approval of employee's supervisor.
