155.04 SICK LEAVE.

EDITOR'S NOTE: The provisions of this section may be altered by applicable collective bargaining agreements. Please refer to the aforementioned agreements in regards to employment policy and procedures when necessary.

Sick leave shall be provided for Municipal employees in accordance with Ohio R.C. 124.38 et seq.
