(a) The Wastewater Superintendent is eligible for all benefits to which a full-time employee of the City is entitled under Chapter 155, except that the Superintendent shall be considered as "supervisory employee" and, in accordance with and for the purposes of Chapter 157, shall not be eligible to participate as a member of or a counsel to an employee organization or unit thereof.
(b) The Superintendent shall have such qualifications as will permit him or her to fulfill the regulatory requirements regarding operator certification.
