135.08 WORK WEEK; OVERTIME.

The annual salaries of Law Enforcement Officers shall be figured at forty hours per week; and all Law Enforcement Officers below the rank of Captain shall receive time and one-half for all hours worked over 40 hours per week, notwithstanding Section 155.02.
