(a) An applicant must be current and compliant in the payment of all taxes on payroll and net profits. If the applicant is not current and compliant in the payment of any taxes on payroll and net profits, proof that the applicant has entered into an agreement to pay any delinquency and is abiding by the terms of the agreement is required at the time this application is submitted.
(b) Any Food Truck that is operating within the City of Circleville shall have readily available within the Food Truck an operating fire extinguisher that is inspected and approved prior to the issuance of a Permit. Additionally, fire extinguishers shall be regularly inspected by the Fire Marshal in accordance with the Ohio Fire Code. Any Food Truck that contains a Fryer shall maintain a Class K fire Extinguisher. All other Food Trucks shall maintain a Class A-B-C fire extinguisher.
(c) Upon the issuance of an Operating Permit, any Food Truck desiring to operate within the City of Circleville shall obtain one of the following: Either a) a Zoning Permit if operating on private property or b) a Right-of-Way permit if operating on public property.
(2) Right-of-Way permits may not be issued for more than three eight-hour periods within a seven consecutive day period.
(3) No Food Truck shall obtain a Right-of-Way license of Zoning Permit prior to receiving an Operating Permit from the City of Circleville.
