The purpose of each Business and Employment Based Zoning District is outlined in this Section. The design standards in Chapter 1135 and the Permitted and Conditional Uses in Chapter 1133 have been crafted to align each district with its intended purpose. Additionally, the Planning and Zoning Commission and Council shall utilize these purpose sections when making decisions regarding the rezoning of land. (Ord. 02-13-2023. Passed 2-21-23.)
