It is unlawful to assist a minor, or anyone under the age of 21 years, to buy, procure, obtain, or be served any alcoholic beverages, or to induce any person to sell, serve, or deliver any alcoholic beverage to a minor or anyone under the age of 21, or by the concealment of any facts which are calculated to cause the person selling, serving, or delivering such alcoholic beverages to sell to a minor, or anyone under the age of 21, or to any person for ultimate delivery to a minor, or anyone under the age of 21.
