For a person who, for the purpose of arousing or gratifying sexual desire of himself or herself, appears in a public place or upon a public street in a state of nudity; exposes his or her genitals under circumstances in which he or she knows his or her conduct is likely to cause affront or alarm, or makes an open and indecent or obscene exposure of himself or herself is prohibited.
