§ 131.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, fined not exceeding $500, or by imprisonment not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
