(A) The Town Council may, upon its own motion, and shall upon a written, verified complaint of any person, investigate the action and operation of any licensee hereunder.
(B) The Town Council shall have the power to temporarily suspend or permanently revoke a license issued under this chapter for violation of the provisions herein.
(C) After suspension or revocation of the license, the Town Council shall have the power to renew the same if in its discretion is deemed appropriate.
