(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which a penalty is not herein provided shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500, or imprisoned for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.

(B) Any liquor which was not purchased from the state liquor store shall, upon conviction, be fined not less that $100, not more than $300, or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
