(A) Liquor. No person shall be granted more than one license in any year. No person, club, or fraternal organization shall be entitled to a license under this chapter unless such person, club, or fraternal organization shall have been issued a beer license by the town.
(B) Beer. No person shall be issued more than one current license under the provisions of this chapter.
(C) Table wine. No person shall be issued more than one current license under the provisions of this chapter.
