§ 90.05 DISCHARGING FIREARMS.
   It is unlawful to discharge rifles, shotguns, revolvers, pistols, guns, or firearms of any kind within the town limits, provided that this section and § 90.04 shall not apply to law enforcement officers in the discharge of a firearm, or other instrument, for the proper and necessary enforcement of the law.
