§ 90.04 PROPELLING MISSILES.
   (A)   It is unlawful to shoot, sling, throw, or discharge any slingshot, B.B. gun, pellet gun, missile propelling device of any kind by any means whatsoever, whether any instrument is called by any name set forth above, or to shoot, sling, or throw any stone, rock, or other propellant, missile, or substance in any manner as to be likely to cause injury to any person or property.
   (B)   Division (A) above does not apply to a school supervised archery class having been, and which may continue to be held, on school property during the course of school activities. The school will ensure that all safety precautions are taken, including safety nets, and the like, to prevent arrows from entering upon public highways, streets, sidewalks, alleys, and the like. This exclusion is made with the understanding that the school has assumed, and will continue to assume, full responsibility for the liability of its archery classes.
