(A) All costs and expenses incident to the installation and connection of the building of sewer line to the public sewer main shall be borne by the owner. The owner or his or her agent(s) shall indemnify the town for any loss or damage that may directly, or indirectly, be occasioned by the installation of the building to the sewer main is the responsibility of the owner. A minimum street or alley opening charge set by resolution of the Town Council will be assessed for the owner.
(B) All materials, fixtures, and backfilling work shall conform to the minimum standards of the state Plumbing Code.
(C) As provided for in previous sections of this chapter, all requirements for excavations (§ 51.08) shall be met.
