§ 51.08 EXCAVATIONS; WATER AND SEWER.
   (A)   All excavation work shall be dug so as to occasion the least possible inconvenience to the public and conform, but not be limited, to §§ 153.006 through 153.012, and § 51.05(C) above.
   (B)   All water service lines shall be dug at right angles to the main, when feasible.
   (C)   The surface shall be left in at least as good a condition as prior to excavation, and removal of all excess dirt or rubbish shall be made at the expense of the owner.
