It shall be unlawful to park upon the streets, alleys or public ways of the town, except parallel with and within 12 inches of the curb or edge of the street or alley or public way, for the purpose of loading or unloading freight or passengers, and for a period not exceeding 30 minutes, any of the following:
(A) Freight-carrying vehicles of one-ton capacity or more; or
(B) Freight-carrying or passenger-carrying vehicles more than 20 feet in length, or themselves together with attachments more than 20 feet in length; or
(C) Recreational vehicles, camping trailers, boats, boat trailers; or
(D) Trailers of any type, size or weight.
